I am experiencing the exact same problems as the majority of the other users are and then some but I see that this product has the potential to be GREAT! if they take care of the gremlins and add a couple of small features.
THE GOOD:
The system, once it is complete, I am sure, will be one of the better social media posting tools of the year. It will generate a very good business profile for you with great personas for your business to advertise to. It will use your logos themes and colors to generate a feasible brand guide. When you inform it of the post idea that you want to create, it generates great text for you for each social media platform individually. There will be text for Facebook that is different than the text for LinkedIn, which is different for text for Insta, which is different text for X(Twitter). The AI images that are created are good correlations to the original wording of the text, in my experience and are very realistic.

I initially purchased the second tier but after playing around with it a lot over the past week, I went ahead and full stacked the system. (That was glitchy as well, but...) LOL!
THE BAD:
You can only generate one post at a time.
The system will not honor or incorporate your logo in its AI image generations. It will make up something really hinky
The system has more bugs than I was able to actually experience myself firsthand.
THE UGLY:
Once you start a project, there is no way for you to edit it or delete it yourself. You must contact support to delete the smallest things or you must start the entire process all over under another posting.
Once a brand is created, the same philosophy applies. In order to delete it, contact support.
If you create a post and you have the system generate an AI image for the post, sometimes the image will not show in the drafting process. You have to go out of the post, go to the ASSETS tab and click on the blank image to see if you would like to move forward with that image.

And lastly, in the drafting process, there is a glitch wherein if you have uploaded images in the post and later asks the system to generate an AI image for you, you cannot schedule that post to go out because the system attaches all of the AI images along with the uploaded images to the post and will not allow you to remove them. The only way out of this situation is to have support delete the post or disconnect the system from your social media profiles because you won't know what will be uploaded.
