A: Hello There - The Storiad Contacts Database has over 200+ categories. To list them here would be impractical. Sorry. BUT, we do have metaphysical, science fiction, etc ... AND we do conduct additional database research upon request. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. Many thanks.

A: Hi There - Storiad is author-centric, meaning one author can promote multiple books from the same account. If you have multiple authors, you will find it be much more efficient and productive to assign each author one account. In re: to your other Q, sorry, we do not offer a While Label (WL) version of Storiad via the Appsumo promotion. If you'd like to learn more about our WL packages, please...

A: Hello There - The Storiad contacts database (DB) is a perpetual "work-in-progress". We are always adding and removing contacts to ensure that the DB remains up-to-date. We work hard to respond to demand in real-time. Your message is a great example. That being said, you will find many business/finance/management records in the DB. We will be adding more in the coming months as demand dictates....

Q: Hi Ramzi I tried emailing you on 11th December, but received no response, so I'm giving it another go here ...

:-)

Thank you for releasing Storiad on appsumo. It looks to be an innovative collection of tools for authors. I have my own website, but I'm very interested in the reviewer outreach emailing and Contacts database features of Storiad.

However, I have a couple of questions which, unfortunately, may be deal-breakers for me:

1) What is your email deliverability rate and what steps do you take to optimise this?
My concern is that ill-informed or bad actors may damage the sender domain reputation of Storiad and affect the deliverability of *all* our emails sent from your server. (This is particularly risky, of course, in the context of a lifetime deal, which *seems* to offer unlimited cold outreach emails to users and in light of Google's forthcoming "bulk sender" requirements and penalties for >0.3% spam complaints.)

2) How do you possibly manually update the details of >40k individuals in the Contacts database?
Once these details become out-of-date over time, won't this increase the bounce rate on your email server, leading to worse overall deliverability for everyone?

3) What provisions have you in place to protect international data transfers for customers based in UK/EU who need to follow GDPR requirements?
Apologies if I missed it, but I couldn't find a Privacy policy on your website outlining how you protect personal data (like email addresses) and deal with international data transfers outside the US (I'm assuming that your servers are based in the US).

Thanks, in advance, for your help with these questions.

A: Hello there Paul. Unlike MailChimp, with Storiad you can only send out one email at a time. So there are never any "bulk sends" that tend to get flagged as "junk" by various algorithms. Even for company-purposes, Storiad does not send out bulk emails. We work hard to maintain the integrity of our domain name "out there". Whereas we maintain the database manually, we make it easy for members to...
