This is like the Shopify of blogging. The UI is extremely good. And the team is constantly releasing new updates and the owner responds in the support chat extremely fast (I'm not even sure if he sleeps lol)

The negatives are:

- No built-in website analytics right now like showing page visitors, most viewed pages, how long people spend on each specific page, how far people scroll down, etc.

- There is no bulk blog post creator by giving keywords like some competitors, I am not sure if there is a way to import blog posts too but there might be

- I wish their AI writer let us write articles which were more than 500-600 words long

- There are sometimes some bugs when ctrl+z'ing content (undoing)

- It seems we can't change our support email of a publication's newsletter after we type one in (but I might be wrong

- It seems like we can't edit newsletter popup text either

- It would be good if it offered auto translation of our blogs so we can create multilingual blogs

Apart from the negatives I said above, it is a very good platform. I am also sure that in the future they will surpass the other blogging platforms eventually and improve the platform further.
