1) Yes, you can add as many Wordpress sites as you want to your account. You can do that in the channel settings, we have made WP plugins, so no development is required on your side.
2) SEO settings will apply automatically to your Wordpress setup.
3) Story Chief will NOT appear as (published by Story Chief), it will be like a normal post.
4) Not on Appsumo plan or any other plan, only on the free plan.
5) Yes, you can embed a lead capture form which will be connected to one of the CRM's we support (Salesflare, Salesforce etc.. ) or save data to a MailChimp list for example. No integration with convertfox, but we can take a look if there are enough users requesting that.

5. Yes is possible, we don't have anything for Convertfox and Convertfull atm, but we're working on a Zapier integration to make that possible!
