Loom is available for all tiers, and Hubspot is for the Pro versions (tier 2 and 3)
If you're having troubles finding it just shoot us an email at support@storydoc.com and we'll guide you through it.
Whitelable option isn't currently available on an LTD as it requires some technical configuration and support from our dev team. So at the moment, these are available only on a subscription basis

I just purchased Tier 2, and HubSpot is not listed as an available integration. That's a major reason I purchased Tier 2.
