A great potential held back by lack of CNAME or oEMBED

This is an example of a fantastic tool with great features, but sadly, crippled by a few key limitations that upset everything for everybody.

Pros:
The presentations look visually appealing.
The workflow is simple, intuitive and easy.
The Interface is modern.
A nice library of templates for range of uses from proposals, pitch decks to education, etc can get you started immediately
Can embed stuff into the slides using html/iframe
Can export presentations from other apps into PDF and import the PDF into Storydoc

Cons:
Pages load slow (19.9 secs fully loaded time) due to heavy, unoptimised assets (F on GTMetrix) - This shouldn't be an issue if you just want it to be a brochure or presentation, but it won't quite fit the use case for landing pages.
The ONE and ONLY way of sharing the pages is via a short or long URL - No way to embed the presentation through iframe or oembed. (Integrations apart)
Subdomains and CNAME cost additional 50 and 100 USD per Month respectively which can be a deal breaker for many sumolings
No 'workspaces' or additional 'teams'

Summary: I really like the visual aesthetics and ease of creating a story with storydoc, but the lack of sharing options, limited integration options, subdomains, CNAME etc makes it very hard for me to justify using it.

In the past, creators had lisened to earnest requests and added CNAME into their plans, at least at the the top tier. At the very least, we have come to expect integration with tools other than the costly Zapier, customisation to make the tool our own and part of our domain/organisation, a range of options to share what we have created, etc.

I am, like many others, will keep this tool on the shelf till the refund deadline to see if the kind authors would grant us our wishes and if not, it would surely be a sad parting indeed.
