SyeQ: Concerns about the 10 concurrent viewer limit on all plans
Hi, The 10 concurrent viewer limit is a major concern. Many entrepreneurs who come to sumo are willing to be flexible and adjust their plans once they realise that it doesn't always mean the needs of the end user. So, I'm asking you if you are willing to be a bit flexible on this? I was surprised to see such a low limit, and it should be clearly stated in the pricing plans. Whether I choose Tier 1 or Tier 3, this restriction applies, which is unusual for an appsumo deal.
I was considering purchasing, but this limitation makes it hard to justify long-term. Most solopreneurs on appsumo invest in lifetime deals, not plans that push them towards monthly upgrades. It feels like it defeats the purpose of an appsumo offer.
Also, can I upload my own transcriptions?
