I purchased the tier\u002D3 package but I would like to upgrade to the tier\u002D4 package.  On the product page it\u0027s not giving me the option to change the plan.  Can I upgrade to the tier\u002D4 plan?

Yes you should be able to upgrade to tier 4 seamlessly. However, if you are facing any issues on the upgrade, can you please send a screenshot of this on our live support.
