Well, the problem is that Instagram gives the possibility to stream with RTMP to the small percentage of users. For other Instagram streamers using Streamster (as well as any other re-streaming service) is impossible. If we add Instagram to the list, we can mislead those users.
And, yes, stream to some platforms from our list is used by the few users only, that's true. We include them rather to have more targets in the list :)
