I noticed all recent questions have gone unresponded by CS. Even on Reddit. Has anyone successfully done a bank chargeback for this. Agency tier is a lot of money to lose. I would have happily purchased an alternative product. Hopefully Mohammad is never allowed to sell on appsumo again.
