We bought the highest AppSumo lifetime tier, which included renewing monthly AI credits.
We tested the platform early, but it was not ready for real use. We invested and waited for it to mature, expecting the lifetime benefits to be available when it was ready.
Instead, the company removed the monthly credits and now requires lifetime customers to pay separately for AI usage. This retroactively changes the deal and turns the purchase into a sunk investment!

We have contacted the company multiple times for clarification and a resolution. They have not responded.
Ignoring lifetime customers after changing deal terms is not acceptable.

This completely defeats the purpose of a lifetime deal and breaks trust.

I have paid for the top tier LTD, around 700 USD, that you used to develop your product. Until now it was quite buggy, so I couldn't use it with my clients. Now if I want the promised features (like client management, site export etc.) you say that I need to pay the subscription plan, just like somebody that hasn't paid 700 usd upfront to you. This means that we paid you more than 700 usd for absolutely nothing. 700 usd is a lot of money for nothing!
I understand that the AI credits cost a lot of money, and I would pay the AI credits separately to you, but show us, the early adopters, who helped you at the beginning, that you are trustworthy founders and please give us, the LTD users the promised agency features and the possibility buy credits separately or BYOK, without the need to pay the subscription. Thank you

Product Review first - the product never matured, never got perfected. did not become super amazing which is expectation from company, but is not fulfilled necessarily.

what is this? why credits are expiring fully? why it is being communicated just 2 weeks in advance? why it was not communicated at the time of buying?

so many many many bugs. lots of promises are not delivered.

I had high hopes for this deal (it could be a hidden gem), but it turned out to be disappointing. There are many bugs, it generates incomplete websites, and the design is quite generic with poor text output quality.

The Stripe connection issue always defaults to Estonia, and I can't change it. I've tried reaching out to support multiple times, but there has been no action or response.

In their Slack channel, others have experienced similar issues with no responses or resolution.

Some features intended for agencies are not yet available, and there is no clear timeframe for when they will be.

This is a half-baked website builder. I wish they had better customer support that was more responsive and could quickly resolve issues.

Two stars for the half-baked product full of bugs and errors, and one star for the inadequate customer support.
