Great idea. Way too early for a release.
First, I was genuinely excited and bought Tier 6 (Agency Plan 3). The concept is fantastic, and Stunning's mission really caught my attention—that’s why I jumped in without hesitation. But unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.
The issues started immediately after generating my basic design. Editing was a struggle—pages failed to load multiple times, edit boxes stayed open and wouldn’t close, and overall, the platform felt clunky and unresponsive. On top of that, the Agency Pro menu was inaccessible from the start, which added to my frustration. I wrote in the helpdesk chat, but no answers even a day later.
I truly believe this product has potential, but in its current state, it’s simply not usable. Regrettably, I have asked for a full refund. It’s disappointing because this could have been a game-changer, but it feels like it was released before it was ready.
Hopefully my feedback helps you improve because I’d love to revisit this product if it becomes stable.

We are on Appsumo offering life time deals for early adopters due to the fact that our platform is still early stage and there are bugs. And in return for early adopters giving us feedback to build better product, we give them a heavily discounted offer for lifetime.
So in principle you are supporting an early stage product until it grows.
While I appreciate your feedback, I'm under the impression that you expected a full ready mature product to be on appsumo offering lifetime deal. That's not the purpose of being on appsumo and not the purpose of selling heavily discounted life time deal.
Nonetheless, I appreciate your feedback. Give us another try in few months and see if the product meets your expectations at that time or not.
