I have paid for the top tier LTD, around 700 USD, that you used to develop your product. Until now it was quite buggy, so I couldn't use it with my clients. Now if I want the promised features (like client management, site export etc.) you say that I need to pay the subscription plan, just like somebody that hasn't paid 700 usd upfront to you. This means that we paid you more than 700 usd for absolutely nothing. 700 usd is a lot of money for nothing!
I understand that the AI credits cost a lot of money, and I would pay the AI credits separately to you, but show us, the early adopters, who helped you at the beginning, that you are trustworthy founders and please give us, the LTD users the promised agency features and the possibility buy credits separately or BYOK, without the need to pay the subscription.
