Q: I can't quite figure out what features Subhub actually offers.
Even on your own website the feature list is foggy. Maybe you can help me further.
- Is a course setup lineair or is it possible to interact with questions and then go to a next topic depending on the answer?
- What payment gateways can I use? My costumers are in the Netherlands, we use iDeal here and I would love to use Mollie as a gateway. Not only because I'm already a client of them but they are flexible and not too expensive, but they offer the most payment options for Western Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium etc) and almost all creditcards.
- Is it possible to embed YouTube video's on a course page?
- Is it possible to embed audio (mp3) on a course page? And if so, is it possible to embed the audio from any online storage?
- What are the course options, such as quizzes (what kind of) and assignments where attendees could write an essay and submit it for reviewing. I would like to react on a submitted assignment in writing or as a voice message.
- Is it possible to display a schedule per participant in which you can plan a Zoom meeting?
- if you join and set up forum you can also determine who -which membership- has access to the forum?
- Is it possible to duplicate a designed course in its entirety and then modify it.
- Is it possible to build part of chapters in separate blocks that I can place in a course using a shortcode? This makes it possible to create for instance, 3 memberships with the same content but where the more expensive membership (course) has more content and the cheaper ones have the same content but less.
My 'course' is a coaching programme with assigments and possibly some quizzes, video and audio and written text with pictures in multiple chapters, assignments and, depending on the membership, a couple of Zoom meetings 1:1. A forum for the attendees, depending on the membership, to discuss topics with each other. Or, if they want to, they must be able to choose to be completely invisible to the other participants.
I would like to build the most complete programme in blocks and then duplicate the course and delete some content blocks. But when I'd like to change some content -and it is in more then one course- I just change the one block so the content changes automatically in all courses. I can do this in Wordpres / Elementor, by creating seperate blocks with Elementor Header and Foorter plugin, these blocks will get a shortcode and the pages in the course are just the shortcodes referring to the blocks.
These are a lot of questions -I know- that I couldn't find the answers to on your (SubHub https://www.subhub.com/) website I hope you can give me the answers. Thanks!

We are firstly a membership website builder. So our course builder is simpler than other LMS solutions. There is no ability to add a question/answer section in a lesson.
The only payment gateway options are Stripe or PayPal.
Yes you can embed any code video/audio in a lesson page.
There is so quiz or ability for students to submit work.
You can create a schedule on a page.
You can assign forums to specific member groups so only members of that group can access the forum.
There is no function to duplicate an entire course. However, our course builder is set up differently in that you create the lessons individually in a content section and then assemble them in the course builder. So duplicating a course is a quick process. You are able to select what lessons to add to a course.
I see you have a very specific why that you want to create your courses. Our platform will not meet your exact requirements.

Hello, I'm struggling with SubHub, to create the courses.
In most platforms, lessons can be videos, files, etc.
All I'm seeing on yours is an area to write text (and embed videos but this is not the same as dropping a video file that is read through a reader).
Do you have any plans to develop the course area (right now it resembles a documentation platform, not a learning one)?
