I found this app at the right time, as I was about to build my own Airtable base or Google Sheet to keep track of all my subscriptions.

I realized lately I was sometimes paying MONTHLY fees instead when I should have changed them to yearly fees and it is becoming difficult to keep track of all renewal payment deadlines.

Let's be honest, for the price of this app you cannot go wrong. Even if it only saves you from one unwanted subscription renewal, you probably made your money back already. And it also covers the time you would spend on developing your own solution.

The software is easy to use, the UX is nice, it does what it says it does. Some functions are basic however and I hope it will improve over time.

Here are a few improvements I would like to see :
- Provide more flexibility with email reminders (currently it can only be set to ONE day before payment).
- Fix the « category breakdown » pie chart, which currently compares YEARLY payments with MONTHLY payments, which is confusing and gives an inaccurate idea of the reality.
- Provide more charts in the report section : column bars aggregating subscription from a same category with totals etc.
- Option to see the notes in the list view of subscription.
- One field to add icons or flags to highlight a specific subscription item.
- Allow changing the names of ALL projects in one single place – don’t make the option contextual.
- When editing a subscription, allow moving it to another project. When the provider is recognized by the software, it looks like it is only possible to delete the item and create it again. When the provider is NOT recognized, the project can be changed, but not the color.
