Q: Fake emails pass and ungating content.
That is the main issue with gated content sites and software. I would be glad to see this working as it seems like a great product.
That is kind of a turn-off, to be honest.

Yes, this is a huge problem in this space.
We started solving it by making some tests like verifying if the domain exists and a few other tests.
We plan to integrate two things:
1. Email verification API;
2. Email authentication: so in order to unlock a page, you receive an email and need to click on a button;

Update: This feature is now live. To prevent fake emails, we added two layers of verification. (internal & through an external API)
