I have a code, but account is showing Free plan. No response from support

I\u0027ve emailed support about my account showing free plan, but I have an license. I have not received a response from support and it is going on 2 weeks now. I\u0027ve emailed them again 2 days ago, still no response. Are you guys still supporting this software?
