We purchased five codes from the very beginning as the product was exactly what we were looking for back in Feb 2025. Most importantly, it worked well & we immediately saw the value, and integrated it into our business.

Unfortunately, over the past six months or so, it's become more of a credibility burner than a lead generation tool.

Our biggest issue is reliability. We use Subpage to gate lead magnets, but too often people submit their information and still can't access the content they were promised. That's not just a technical issue, it damages our reputation. If we ask someone for their contact information and fail to deliver what we promised, we've lost credibility before the relationship even begins.

What's made this even more frustrating is the constant stream of marketing emails recently, we don't need more marketing emails; we need the core product to work consistently.

I've reached out for support multiple times and have have yet to receive a response to address any recent inquiries or issues .

Subpage has the potential to be an excellent product, but reliability and customer support have to come before marketing, or anything else for that matter. Fix the fundamentals, respond to your customers, and you'll have a much stronger product. Also, I just tried to submit a ticket on your website and the submission has just been spiraling for over 15 minutes... Sighhhhh....
