The app sumo deal includes the Help Knowledge Base and Contact/KB widget, right? It doesn't say that clearly on the features offering.
2. Also, please confirm that we can set the help contact widget in a way where customers can search for their own answers or contact us.
3. When customers contact us through the KB widget app does it go any email we choose and does it also go into an internal 'ticketless' system for customer service agents like helpscout.com?
4, On your KB themes it says 'partners, home, support' on all of them. Can we customize this and even choose to remove it completely?

Please find answers below:
1. Yes, the deal includes the Help Knowledge base and support widget.
2. By default, the support widget will list the knowledge base articles so that customers can search for anything. And there will be a contact button to send a support request.
3. You can configure the email address to which the support requests are sent. And, no - it does not go to any other agents.
4. If you are referring to the links in the top menu, they are only for illustration purposes. Whatever links you add in the header will appear there.
