How can create roadmap and searchable help page like helpscout, do you have some ready way to do it or what?
2. How to use domain and subdomain with it?
3. In one of your responses you said one module can only be used once for a site, I got confused with this. As I understand, a searchable help page will have multiple grid cards, same goes for FAQs, site map, so am I not using same module again and again. May be same is the case for site map, will your site map construct clickable links of web pages even if I integrate it with my wordpress site?
4. How do you plan to sustain your business in long run outside this LTD realm? How big is your team, where are you based jn India?
5. What new two or three features you will be launching this year?
6. How am I suppose to integrate it with WordPress or brizy.io sites?
7. Can I float these pages on existing pages using some widget, if yes can user expand and close them.

One instance of module per domain means you can create only one Helpcenter for a domain and not multiple helpcenters. Please refer to the showcase page for references created with SubPage - https://subpage.app/showcase/
Specific widgets are available in each module which enhances the functionality like support widget for helpcenter, latest product update notification widget etc. FAQ page widget enables you to embed the FAQ page as a FAQ section on any page.

Also my understanding is, subpage will be hosted on YOUR server, correct, if yes what is uptime of your server? Are you using AWS, Azure or GCP? Have you done something at your end for security or for anything hosted on these hyperscalers, every product creator trusts on hyperscaler security management. What's common rule?
