Q: Thanks lot of potential with this, however I have a couple of questions: 1.

In the analytics is there any way to determine which emails fell into the spam/junk folder, additionally any that get marked as spam?
2. I did a test with around 10 email addresses sending to 10 test mail accounts, but it sent all from the first email in the list, it would probably be better to round robin between each email rather than exhaust the send limit, then move on. Will there be an option later on for this?
3. Randomize delay between sends, eg once an email is sent from an address, it could be a random time (between limits you set eg 1min - 5min) until the next is sent.This might help to protect domain.

Our analytics provide insights into open rates, click rates, and bounce rates, but identifying emails that land in the spam/junk folder directly from our dashboard is not available. We have noted your suggestions for the remaining two points and will talk internally if we can add them to our roadmap.

Thanks for the reply. I hope these few things and definitely needs a general overall performance improvement. It would be a great business decision if you focus and excelled at the email delivery part of the platform, because the rest of it (leads, AI content/ personalisation) is not going to be useful without email deilvery performance and capabilities being at least as feature rich and reliable as your competitors.
