I noticed very suspicious phishing emails being sent from my connected accounts. I asked the team at Success.ai if they had any recent security or data breaches and they said no. Out of precaution I disconnected my accounts, changed all of my passwords, and revoked my authorization tokens. A few months later, I decided to give it another try. Within 1-week of connecting my accounts all four of my accounts were compromised, my first and last names were mysteriously changed and phishing emails (in Russian) were being sent from my accounts! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLATFORM. IT IS NOT SECURE!

Our experience with Success.ai has been nothing short of frustrating. After investing time and money to have the software professionally set up, we logged in a few weeks later only to find everything had vanished. When we reached out to support, they admitted they had experienced a server failure that resulted in the loss of all our data—no backups, no recovery plan, nothing. This was a catastrophic blow to our operations.

On top of that, the platform’s email integration is unreliable. Our email accounts continually disconnect without any clear reason. Despite multiple conversations with support, they have provided no explanation or solution, only vague assurances that they are “monitoring” the situation. Months later, the issue persists, disrupting our workflows.

If you’re considering Success.ai, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A platform that loses your data and cannot resolve basic functionality issues is not worth the risk.

It seemed to be working well a few months ago.

I got back into it after purchasing a quite high tiers and now the lead finder, which is the core concept of success.ai, is totally broken for weeks.

I notified the customer service and it seems like I'm the first person to report this and they will have a look.
So either I'm the sole user of this platform or they just have no idea how to make their app work for their core feature.

Success.ai is now fully functional and I have talked with Noah personally. His team and and the Engineers have put numerous hours into all the bugs and fixes. The fact that he took accountability about the product not working is a huge win in my book!

I'm still learning how to use success.ai, but I think it has the potential to become the best app I've bought from Appsumo. The ability to search for cold leads and use warm-up emails to reduce your emails being flagged as spam is awesome. Thank you to Noah for creating this app!
