A: There are 20 infographics. We don’t charge you unless you choose to download the infographics. We have a sample of how it looks like on the infographics page.
Why would you assume that? Nowhere is there a mention of cost or even what that cost is. Is poor communication and gotchas the strategy here? Is this a me too product or does it do anything better or different than 12min or story shots for example? I want to keep this but having some trust and additional pocket book hits I wasn’t expecting.
Hi we are very clear in the communication throughout the site that you have to pay extra for the PDFdownloads. If you buy a subscription, you get access to the book summaries on video, text and audio. No where do we mention that that also includes PDF. We can make it clearer in the future. Thanks for the feedback.
Q: When I went to the All Books category, there are less than 400 book summaries total (16 pages of around 25 books per page).
Is that correct? If not, where I can see the complete list of books?
After speaking with a company rep, I have confirmed that this AppSumo deal is indeed incorrect and should not say that it includes summaries for “1000+”books but rather “hundreds” (375 to be exact). This is also confirmed on their product website https://www.sumizeit.com/try.
Q: Can I create video from text or audio then post on youtube?

Q: Why was I charged $10.
71 for 10 infographics? Nothing was mentioned of this being a separate cost and you have no idea what you’re getting when you download.
Thank you.

Q: When I asked about the “Download PDF” button, I was told that I would be able to download the full summary in PDF format.

However, after purchasing the LTD, when I tried to download the PDF, it took me to a payment page asking me to pay for the download.
Can you please explain why this is happening ?

May 14, 2024A: Hi you can download the pdf but you have to pay for each pdf download. We never said the pdf download was free. We assumed you were aware of that.
