When I asked about the “Download PDF” button, I was told that I would be able to download the full summary in PDF format. https://appsumo.com/products/sumizeit/questions/what-is-the-download-pdf-button-stands-1189968/#1190586 However, after purchasing the LTD, when I tried to download the PDF, it took me to a payment page asking me to pay for the download. Can you please explain why this is happening ?
Hi you can download the pdf but you have to pay for each pdf download. We never said the pdf download was free. We assumed you were aware of that.
Hi we are very clear in the communication throughout the site that you have to pay extra for the PDFdownloads. If you buy a subscription, you get access to the book summaries on video, text and audio. No where do we mention that that also includes PDF. We can make it clearer in the future. Thanks for the feedback.
Why would you assume that? Nowhere is there a mention of cost or even what that cost is. Is poor communication and gotchas the strategy here? Is this a me too product or does it do anything better or different than 12min or story shots for example? I want to keep this but having some trust and additional pocket book hits I wasn’t expecting.
