When I went to the All Books category, there are less than 400 book summaries total (16 pages of around 25 books per page). Is that correct? If not, where I can see the complete list of books?

After speaking with a company rep, I have confirmed that this AppSumo deal is indeed incorrect and should not say that it includes summaries for “1000+”books but rather “hundreds” (375 to be exact). This is also confirmed on their product website https://www.sumizeit.com/try.
