I jumped on this deal because I was looking for a platform that could take care of the tech for me. I've got 25 years in tech and for the project I had in mind, I didn't want to be dealing with anything but the content side of things.
This meant that I struggled to get up and running with SupaPass and nearly gave it up at one point. I had not one but THREE calls, with the final one being with the CEO who made sure everything was working for me. Not only that, the suggestions I had made in the previous calls were already implemented or on the roadmap.
I've had the privilege of watching this incredible team adapt to the needs of their customers, and experiencing how much they care about their customers' success. When I launch in January, it will be with SupaPass by my side.
tl/dr If you know tech, SP can have a learning curve, but so worth it especially if you take them up on the calls. I've never experienced a company who cares as much as this one. Highly recommended.
