I had a great experience with the Team SupaPass. They were patient and helped me to understand the process.
They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns and added value specific to the needs of my company. They guide you step by step with reminder emails and messages till totally complete.
There was one small issue where we got wires crossed due to the difference in time zones (UK to USA) but once resolved, I felt like they had my best interests at heart. Overall, it was a very good experience.
I would highly recommend this option to anyone looking to for a personalized streaming platform that fits into almost every budget.
In the end, I have ONLY 2 negative takeaways...
1st - I purchased tier 5, obviously it is to resell the service. Unfortunately, Supa brands their products. They removed their branding from our main site but not the others.
I feel the others should all be white labeled because if my clients now have a direct connection to the SupaPass, they no longer need me. SupaPass is no longer my supplier, they have become my competition AND are also forcing me to provide them with free advertising. My rate adjustments will be based off their rates even for higher end clients.
To upgrade to total white label, they ask for 10k a month!! They do provide an additional sites with the upgrade and all apps inclusive, but there is no in between options. Its pretty much 0 to 60. It would be nice if they charged $15.00 to $25.00 per month, per project for branding removal and perhaps an additional fee for the apps.
This is my only reason for eating one of their tacos :0)
2nd – We were promised Roku was in development “soon” at no additional cost but now I am not sure if it will be at no extra cost. Time will tell.
Overall, I love their products, but as much as I have positive things to say about the great options, performance and the customer service, I felt it needed to have full transparency of my experiences with their business policy.
I feel that some adjustments should be made to a lot for all levels of business.
Don't punish us for getting a great App Sumo Deal..

1) The reseller tier 5 gives you the opportunity to earn $250,000+ per year profit by selling the apps on to your clients for your 75 sites. We do all the work for your clients, provide all the service support, and tech costs. You get 85% profit with the opportunity to earn $250,000+ profit per year. Our margins are very small, and the subtle (and very tiny) “powered by SupaPass” is a way for us to gain something from the partnership, since all the profits will be going to you. We are not your competition - we are your partner, and prefer to work WITH you, especially where you can bring extra value to your clients. We do also have agency partnerships available for agencies that want to launch this on your own stack, which is 100% your brand, and has the different cost structure.
We’ll consider your comments for other pricing options.
2) Apologies if there has been any misunderstanding about Roku - to be clear: this is on the roadmap and will be part of our TV Apps Suite in the Ultimate Plan - not included in the Premium or Growth plan. This has never been offered as part of Premium or Growth.
