I apologize for addressing this matter here, but my previous attempts to reach you via four separate emails (sent on January 14 and February 5–6, 2026, to [email protected] and [email protected]) have received no response.
I purchased SuperCopy.ai License Tier 2 (License Key: 8b5ca4fc-09e3-42b6-9f2c-b700da**) on July 19, 2023, activated it, and used it successfully through early 2024.
I am now unable to log in—the system accepts my email (m****z@m***********c.com) but code never arrives.
I received one reply from Mr. Tim Min, CTO, on January 13, 2026, but no further communication thereafter. ( i even whitelisted s.wrqvtbkv.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net)
I kindly ask for guidance on restoring access to my LTD account or clarification on whether my account or email address has been blocked or removed for some reason?
now, after further investigation i see why they have problem with OTP via email: they use blacklisted ip for sending OTP emails ... so there is no way to communicate with them via email if you are on hostingprovider that use Cpanel with Imunify. IP *.*.154.232 is on global Imunify Blacklist. So it is blocked on all wide server across the world who use Cloudlinux OS with Imunify protection.
