Q: Slow support and lack of explanation
Hi,
Still after 3 weeks I haven't been able to test SuperCopy as I still struggle to make use of any of the templates, since the personas for brand and audience, lack of logic connection with each other. I really hope you can improve the user experience and what I see as bugs.
Please get back to me in order to proceed, to hopefully make use of it.

The issue I face with your UX Design, is the weak structure and connections when it comes to Brand persona and Audience persona. A Brand should be the top level, and instead replace Brand persona with Staff personas. Also support more than one connection for each Audience persona.
