Q: Switch to Tier 2
Hi, I'm a previous Tier 1 user and would like to take advantage of your Black Friday deal and to switch to Tier 2. How can I do that?

Key steps:
Login to AppSumo: Access your AppSumo account.
Go to "Products": In your dashboard, select the "Products" section.
Choose the software: Find the specific software you want to upgrade the tier for.
Select "Change Plan": Click on the "Change Plan" option to access upgrade options.
Choose new tier: Select the higher tier you want to upgrade to.
