Bugs and other functional problems need attention

We need your help to make SuperCopy ai to be really a working tool for us. In order to create added value for our business there are some key issues that need to be addressed, and need urgent attention as these will be well received by many customers:

Support started strong, but the follow-up is taking too long. An issue reported on February 27, so a month ago regarding Audience Personas and templates not working is still UNRESOLVED. We have shared with email a screen recording later on. This means one month passed, and we are not able to really implement and use the app. We want to believe that this is a good acquisition.

Currently, Brand Personas represent the company voice, and that is great, however, in real business context, especially agencies and business development consulting agencies, a brand does speak with more than a single voice. For instance, services, and industries or geographies.

A more realistic structure would be Brand as the top level, including brand voice, visual identity such as colors and fonts, and core positioning. Under Brand, there should be Staff Personas such as Marketing, Areas or expertise, or Leadership, Strategy development, roles or country. Some how to custom to get a closer idea of how companies really operate. It does not need to become an over complicated tool, but some how some level of options can be there. NO TOOL DOES ALL.

There are functional bugs. Audience Personas we created do not appear as created or not saved, as Template dropdowns.

Saved persona fields, are not retained. Because of this, templates cannot be used properly.

Difficult to delete folders, and there is no edit option for folders, such as renaming. When core saved entities fail to sync with templates, the product workflow is disrupted. Since the platform relies on reusable personas, this poses a significant usability problem.

Currently, training personas via URL is supported, but needs more stability, because copy paste becomes a back and forth, endless exercise. when the app refreshes and all work is lost.

Internal brand guidelines can be well used in the dos and don’ts BUT, these need to be followed by SuperCopy. Example: We gave some rules to a brand to avoid certain words and topics, but these were ignored. The outputs were generated without those filters, so there’s no point in spending credits to manually revise the text afterward. For serious businesses, this is essential. Without brand guidelines, true brand depth can’t be incorporated, and the output risks being surface-level prompting rather than genuine brand alignment or mislead around a company's scope of work or intent.
Thank you,

Theory vs Reality Issue

The concept of the product is great, the use not so much. Personas, campaigns, keeping everything organized is why I bought this product. The issue is generating content. I've been able to get personas to save, however, that's where the product stops working. I've tried on multiple occasions to generate an outline and am just getting a never ending load wheel. I've run out of tokens trying to get this generate, which customer service was able to reset however the problem continues to happen and I have not been able to get anything out of this product. Might just have to refund this one.

Honest Review of SuperCopy

I really wanted this tool to work. The idea behind SuperCopy is strong. Persona driven AI content with structured Brand, Audience, and Product Personas is exactly what serious businesses and agencies need. That said, calling it “Product Personas” feels slightly off. For many service based businesses, “Service or product” would make more sense and feel more aligned with how agencies actually operate. Just call a spade for a spade.

In theory, the system should reduce prompt repetition and create consistent, strategic output across teams and channels. However, my experience has been mixed.

What’s Good

The core concept is solid, but it needs refinement. The strategic thinking behind persona structured AI is good, and I see the potential. With better hierarchy and stability, this could become a strong tool.

Support initially started very well. Responses were fast, polite, and open to feedback, which gave a strong first impression and built confidence in the product.

Where It Breaks

The labeling and hierarchy between Brand Personas and Audience Personas feels partially misaligned and confusing. Currently, Brand Personas represent the company voice. But in real business environments, especially agencies, a brand does not speak with one single voice.

A more realistic structure would be Brand as the top level, including brand voice, visual identity such as colours and fonts, and core positioning. Under Brand, there should be Staff Personas such as Sales, Marketing, Client Outreach, Customer Success, and Leadership. Under each Staff Persona, there would be what is currently called Audience Personas, meaning specific client segments.

This structure would reflect how real businesses operate, improve internal perspective control, allow role based voice modelling, and make the system significantly more powerful for agencies. Right now, Brand Personas carry too much responsibility and the structure feels constrained.

More critically, there are functional bugs. Audience Personas I created do not appear in Template dropdowns. Some saved persona fields, such as triggers and barriers, were not retained. Because of this, templates cannot be used properly. I also cannot delete folders, and there is no edit option for folders, such as renaming. When core saved entities do not sync into templates, the product workflow breaks. For a platform built around reusable personas, this is a serious usability issue.

Another major limitation is the lack of document training. Currently, training personas via URL is supported. However, there is no option to upload proprietary documents such as PDF, DOC, or internal brand guidelines. For serious businesses, this is essential. Without document upload, brand nuance is limited, real brand depth cannot be integrated, and the output risks becoming surface level prompting rather than true brand alignment.

Support started strong, but follow up dropped off when I reported the blocking issue regarding Audience Personas not appearing and templates not working. When core functionality prevents usage, timely follow up is critical. The issue I face with your UX Design, is the weak structure and connections when it comes to Brand persona and Audience persona. A Brand should be the top level, and instead replace Brand persona with Staff personas. Also support more than one connection for each Audience persona.

Summary

SuperCopy has strong strategic potential. The concept is excellent, but the execution still feels early stage. The main issues are confusing persona hierarchy, missing brand, staff, audience structure, lack of document upload training, folder management limitations, Audience Personas not showing in templates, and incomplete follow up on blocking bugs.

If these structural and reliability issues are resolved, this could become a powerful agency grade tool. Right now, it feels promising, but not yet stable enough for serious workflow reliance.
