So, since I first purchased this app, I've had trouble accessing the site. It doesn't allow you to log in with email and password. It sends you a sign in code each time. Problem is that the code never arrives. It's been to long to get a refund, but here I am trying to log in and again not being able to access this site. Last time I attempted to log in was just before the refund window closed and I had to reach out multiple times with no reply or assistance. The codes eventually came in hours later and they were expired. Some time after I tried again and was able to get in. At that point I didn't have tie to test it out. So, here I am again trying to test this product out and again I can't even get in. I don't understand why this company can't just make the login process simple. I'm super disappointed with supercopy. I wish I could actually use what I paid for. Seems as though I'm not the only one dealing with this problem.

very fustrated with this platform. Upon entering your email on their website they apparently send you a code, in most cases many many hours later by which time they expire, therefore impossible to access and use what you payed for. Upon writing several times to support it turns out there is no support or response. total waste of time and money
