Bugs and other functional problems need attention
We need your help to make SuperCopy ai to be really a working tool for us. In order to create added value for our business there are some key issues that need to be addressed, and need urgent attention as these will be well received by many customers:
Support started strong, but the follow-up is taking too long. An issue reported on February 27, so a month ago regarding Audience Personas and templates not working is still UNRESOLVED. We have shared with email a screen recording later on. This means one month passed, and we are not able to really implement and use the app. We want to believe that this is a good acquisition.
Currently, Brand Personas represent the company voice, and that is great, however, in real business context, especially agencies and business development consulting agencies, a brand does speak with more than a single voice. For instance, services, and industries or geographies.
A more realistic structure would be Brand as the top level, including brand voice, visual identity such as colors and fonts, and core positioning. Under Brand, there should be Staff Personas such as Marketing, Areas or expertise, or Leadership, Strategy development, roles or country. Some how to custom to get a closer idea of how companies really operate. It does not need to become an over complicated tool, but some how some level of options can be there. NO TOOL DOES ALL.
There are functional bugs. Audience Personas we created do not appear as created or not saved, as Template dropdowns.
Saved persona fields, are not retained. Because of this, templates cannot be used properly.
Difficult to delete folders, and there is no edit option for folders, such as renaming. When core saved entities fail to sync with templates, the product workflow is disrupted. Since the platform relies on reusable personas, this poses a significant usability problem.
Currently, training personas via URL is supported, but needs more stability, because copy paste becomes a back and forth, endless exercise. when the app refreshes and all work is lost.
Internal brand guidelines can be well used in the dos and don’ts BUT, these need to be followed by SuperCopy. Example: We gave some rules to a brand to avoid certain words and topics, but these were ignored. The outputs were generated without those filters, so there’s no point in spending credits to manually revise the text afterward. For serious businesses, this is essential. Without brand guidelines, true brand depth can’t be incorporated, and the output risks being surface-level prompting rather than genuine brand alignment or mislead around a company's scope of work or intent.
Thank you,
