I've had no luck with this app
So, since I first purchased this app, I've had trouble accessing the site. It doesn't allow you to log in with email and password. It sends you a sign in code each time. Problem is that the code never arrives. It's been to long to get a refund, but here I am trying to log in and again not being able to access this site. Last time I attempted to log in was just before the refund window closed and I had to reach out multiple times with no reply or assistance. The codes eventually came in hours later and they were expired. Some time after I tried again and was able to get in. At that point I didn't have tie to test it out. So, here I am again trying to test this product out and again I can't even get in. I don't understand why this company can't just make the login process simple. I'm super disappointed with supercopy. I wish I could actually use what I paid for. Seems as though I'm not the only one dealing with this problem.

Jan 12, 2026First, I’m genuinely sorry for how frustrating this experience has been, especially around something as basic as getting logged in. I completely understand why this was disappointing (this would be a deal breaker for me personally too!).
We do still use a passwordless login flow. It works reliably for the vast majority of users, but it’s clear it hasn’t worked as expected for you, and that’s simply not okay. I also want to say sorry that it’s been a while. We recently returned to AppSumo after a gap between campaigns and are actively going back through questions and reviews that came in during that time.
