NEVER SEND CODE TO ACCESS PLATFORM
Hello,
very fustrated with this platform. Upon entering your email on their website they apparently send you a code, in most cases many many hours later by which time they expire, therefore impossible to access and use what you payed for. Upon writing several times to support it turns out there is no support or response. total waste of time and money

Jan 12, 2026I’m sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. If the access code shows up late or not at all, that’s understandably a blocker and not how the product should feel to use.
