Asking here because I haven\u0027t had a response from Superdocu support.\u000a\u000aI\u0027m supposed to be on the Appsumo Tier 2 plan but when I clicked signup to Superdocu I get asked to sign up to either the basic 79EUR or Pro 199EUR plan. Pretty sure that\u0027s not supposed to happen with an Appsumo deal.\u000a\u000aI think this may have happened because I clicked the Activate button, entered the email address above, got interrupted and didn\u0027t click the Signup button until about 10 hours later. \u000aIs it possible to reverse the activation so I can try again?\u000a\u000aOr can Superdocu set my membership to Tier 2 in the deal as it should be?
