Q: Hello!
I am about to develop something tailored to meet a need of my client.
The client is an accounting firm, it has commercials that sell its services.
The process is the following:
1. The prospect fills out the form and sends the documentation (today a drive file)
2. The commercial receives payment, when the commercial receives the payment, he authorizes the service to be processed, this is done with google sheet today.
3. My accountant client receives calls and emails asking about the status of his process every day.
4. When the creation of the company is finished, the accountant must send the documents to the client.
Then the client must download and save his documents, but when he needs them, obviously he cannot find them and asks the accountant again.
Is it possible to have it all available in the tool itself? how do you see this process? can i do it all in superdocu?

We can only help with step 1 as of now. You could use Zapier to connect Superdocu with the next steps, but that would make the process a bit cumbersome for both you and your clients. I'm not sure we're the most adapted tool unfortunately!
