Our customers\u0027 success is our success (...thank you, captain obvious!)\u000a\u000aAnyway, to answer your questions, here are the use cases we get most, for brokerage and real estate agencies:\u000a\u000a1 \u002D Real Estate / Mortgage Brokers\u000a\u000aWhen they have a new client, mortgage brokers need to collect many legal documents to create a loan application, such as proof of address, last payslips, ID card, bank statements, etc. \u000a\u000aThey were mostly doing this by email before using Superdocu, and it was a bit painful for them as there were errors, expired documents or missing files.\u000a\u000a2 \u002D Realtors\u000a\u000aThey use the portal to collect information about their real estate seller leads/customers: either legal information or information about the house/apartments that are for sale. Really depends on the use cases. Also, if they rent goods, they collect insurance documents once a year from the tenants.\u000a\u000aHope this is not too vague and helps you a bit in your understanding!
