Customer require to sign and attach back the signed form to the portal. 3. The document is only consider complete after customer attached the signed form.
Hello, I have purchased Tier 2 but have had no time to activate yet. However, I still do have some questions, i.e: 1) Can I create documents (for instance contacts and or engagement letters) and sent them to each client via SuperDocu? I do not want to upload documents prepared somewhere else. To give you an idea, can we achieve something similar to what Clio Grow offers? 2) We cannot see your public roadmap, is there any? How solid is your team and are you working on new features? 3) When logics will be introduced in forms? 4)There is another deal here called parallel, which looks very similar to SuperDocu. Asking here because I haven't had a response from Superdocu support. I'm supposed to be on the Appsumo Tier 2 plan but when I clicked signup to Superdocu I get asked to sign up to either the basic 79EUR or Pro 199EUR plan. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen with an Appsumo deal. I think this may have happened because I clicked the Activate button, entered the email address above, got interrupted and didn't click the Signup button until about 10 hours later. Is it possible to reverse the activation so I can try again? Or can Superdocu set my membership to Tier 2 in the deal as it should be?
