Q: If I need clients to upload new files on a recurring basis, is this something your platform could handle elegantly?
E.g. Once per month, require several clients to upload new materials needed for ongoing work. Say for example, 5 fresh images. The next month, another 5 fresh images. Ideally without deleting the images from the previous month.
Could this be done automatically? If not, could this be done manually quickly and easily in bulk?

You can create repeatable workflows that people can fill as many times as they want.
Manually, you can reinvite people to the same workflow each month, or you can send them a reminder automatically each month (using your ESP) to prompt them to sign in to their Superdocu space and send the new documents by clicking on the button you will have set for repeatable workflows!

Would the new uploads erase the previous months uploads? Or can we keep both the new uploads and uploads from previous months?

No, it would not erase. You would see several tabs on the contact page, one tab per workflow that has been started/completed!
