I already had replied to your support message and given you some tips. Writing a decent prompt for image generation is a bit more involved than simply just saying what you want to see most of the time. This is why we offer the advanced styling, the filters and the search from a public gallery to see prompts and images that have been created and worked and then you are able to adapt and modify them to your needs. It is also worth noting that sometimes the faces do not come out correctly but we have a useful little feature when clicking the HD button that lets you upscale the image by 4X and also includes a face enhancement. I understand that this image generation is a new skill to learn and there are great rewards waiting those who are willing to put in the effort to get great outputs and we understand that this isn't always going to be everyone.
