Hi Ron, sorry to hear about your experience. This technology does require a bit of learning similar to how we try to teach you about text prompts in Riku and you need to understand what is involved in making a good prompt. You can do this via the search function in Supermachine to see prompts and images others have made in a public database and then select / copy and change parts of an existing successful prompt to make it work for your needs.

We also have the prompt improver which is an AI model we actually trained in Riku where you can put in your initial idea and get tags added to it to get a better quality output

So much of the success of this technology is getting prompts together and we’d love to help you get success on that.

In terms of the deal, we write as clearly as we can this is non-refundable, we don’t have full control over the Appsumo site so can’t make it any clearer. We also introduced a free trial where you are able to make a few generations at a lower resolution. Our hope with this was to give those on the fence the ability to try before they buy.

Like we’ve said before, we can offer this deal with the limits we have because it is non-refundable, the technology is expensive to run and everyone would crucify me if I made a deal and had to shut it down due to it being unsustainable so after discussions with Appsumo, they recommended us to do the deal like this and we can ensure, like all of my other products, that Supermachine keeps going for our users.
