Can the team provide an official status update and estimated time to resolution for the domain outage? How can I access my clients’ files while the portal is down? What is the process for refund/escalation if the issue isn’t resolved? DISAPPOINTED no zero communication from the team lost trust!
as an AppSumo Plus member (at the time of your purchase, of course), your purchase would have been covered by a 12-month insurance policy. This means that the portal would refund you the amount. However, since 15 or 16 months have already passed (at least in my case), this membership is no longer of any use. I purchased Tier2 and am also affected.
Im about to panic!! This is going to be a serious problem for the AppSumo community if software companies start abandoning their projects. This affects the reputation, credibility and trust. SuperOkay has disappeared from the face of the earth. All of our data, work, customer portal, EVERYTHING just disappeared. Can you please fix ASAP! I use this all the time for my clients and I have info on here I need. I don't see how else to contact you so I am hoping you receive this message and get this back up and running.
Looks like everything is back up and running. I highly recommend everyone who has purchased this LTD go into your accounts and anything super important you do the export as a pdf so at the very least you have that info should this happen again in the future. I know that’s not an ideal solution but it’s something I will do.
I would also recommend adding a step to your workflow which is not ideal either but once a client fills out an interactive doc you export their responses in PDF form so you have that record since this outage has happened twice now and it’s leaving me feeling uneasy. The software is great though but this kind of thing is scary when you rely on it for client communication.
100% with you on this. This was an unnecessary stress. The worst part is not even the outage but the lack communication, no reassurance, no email messages, no notifications from the SuperOkay team...and that's what worries me most.

All portals gone. Weeks ago, when I logged in, my malware protection program kept warning me not to visit the site. I use Malwarebytes. I can't ask my customers to log in like this. I cancelled my AppSumo membership after I realized I couldn't use the 7 deals I had already purchased. I haven't saved anything if you factor in the time spent learning how to use various tools that no longer exist.
My clients do not need a main page @mduff > My clients require access to their data in order to check the work we have done and then pay my invoices. I have not received a single message informing me of planned maintenance work or server relocation, etc. / Trust has been lost, so I cannot work. Especially now, at the end of the month, when all clients are checking. I'm standing there like an idiot
I'm in the same boat, trust me. I'm also about to onboard a substantial client and scrambling to find an alternative solution so I don't look like an idiot. All my eggs are in one basket and the lack of communication on whatever is taking place is unacceptable.
The malware protection program Malwarebytes continues to issue a warning and blocks access to the portal. I have to manually confirm that I really want to enter the website. You can't expect real customers to expose themselves to this risk. Screenshots available. Browser extension from Malwarebytes shows it.
I'm not getting any warnings on my end. I use Sentinel One and that's pretty darn good. Malwarebytes is also excellent for what it does, perhaps it's in an integration you have enabled or iframe, extension, outbound link, etc.? Definitely something to communicate with the developers if you can get a response. That start before or after they went down? Good luck!

Ive made my own portal for file uploads for clients and works perfectly as a wordpress plugin.
