I was really looking to buy Tier 4 plan but somehow I missed it.
Are you planning again to publish the deal again or is there any way to get Tier 4 plan.

SuperOkay has disappeared from the face of the earth. All of our data, work, customer portal, EVERYTHING just disappeared. Imagine onboarding a new customer about the excellent, flawless services you provide and the solution you will bring to their business...then BOOM...disappointment...no arguments or explanations because we didn't even receive an email to announce scheduled maintenance, NOTHING. No help or support emails or pages....Nothing
Hi SuperOkay Team... when I go to the site to access my portals it is down and this is the message: This domain name registration has expired and renewal or deletion are pending. If you are the registrant and want to renew the domain name, please contact your registration service provider. Can you please fix ASAP! I use this all the time for my clients and I have info on here I need. I don't see how else to contact you so I am hoping you receive this message and get this back up and running.
Trying not to panic here but I have a ton of work on SuperOkay and it’s completely down. The main informational site never went down for me but once you click to go to app.superokay or even help.superokay it’s completely down. You get the white screen. It’s like any subdomain of SuperOkay is broken. I hunted around to try and find a way to contact them to let them know and didn’t have a lot of luck. I tried to join the Facebook group even and haven’t heard back. I sure hope they are working on this since a lot of us have used this product and have invested a lot of time and money into it. Please just someone from SuperOkay reach out and let us know you are on this and all of our data is good and will be back up soon!
So, superokay.com is down and my portal is down. No way to contact support, what's the deal?
