Q: Down Again :(
This is killing me and my business! I rely on SuperOkay heavily and they are down yet again!!! What is the deal here? I am frustrated to say the least. I emailed every contact I could find to make them aware of this situation. I only hope they get this back up and running ASAP. Unfortunate that this platform is becoming so unreliable!
Confirmed "502 Bad Gateway" error, but their chat feature is working. We sent a message, but haven't heard back yet. It might be worth implementing a system status dashboard or public logbook, so users have more visibility into what's happening.

Would be super helpful and keep us from panicking. Just knowing itās being worked on would give us some relief. Good news is this morning everything appears to be back up and running. I love this platform so much and use it daily but these outages are really unsettling.
