Not Very happy with the product

Some of their functions that were working on the free trial version are not working in the Appsumo purchased version. Their Support team is very slow to respond and although they claim to be working on the solution to the issues, there is no deadline. The task function is not working, it is laggy, and buggy, the "Whitelabel" login is only for our clients and not the team.
I am waiting for a resolution soon or I'll be asking for a refund.

Hi Bashir,

Thanks for your message.

First of all let's address the white label issue we have already discussed via Intercom. SuperOkay, like many other client portals, is only white labelled in the client facing interface. This is pretty standard. It is clear in all of our information that this is the case. Moreover AppSumo gives you the opportunity to try the app for 60 days and get a complete refund.
Secondly, we receive sometimes hundreds of inquiries every day and yes, it does happen in like 1% of the cases that messages don't get answered promptly, but this was not your case. We have answered your questions within a couple hours as far as I recall, so this review feels very strange.
I am sorry we can't meet your need for internal white label. You are the first user in 4 years to ask for this feature. Good luck finding the right solution for your business
And, one more thing, building high quality SaaS is a serious commitment. As the app adds more features and becomes more complex, every new feature becomes more "expensive" as it has that many more dependencies, and it affects so many more parts of the app, and so many more users. To ask a SaaS company to add a feature that only one, or very few users need shows a very narrow understanding of what building a product means. This is also the reason why most client portals only make advanced features available to enterprise clients (who pay thousands in monthly fees). We made a commitment to keep SuperOkay affordable and outside the confines of enterprise space, but this also means we need to apply a one size fits all approach to some degree. It's important our customers are aware of the complexities of adding new features
