Seems ok - but….
This app has some potential.
We are working through it slowly in my team.
We have used Podio for years and are aware of the benefits of this type of app.
We are concerned about the lack of support though and ultimately, this may be the reason we go for a refund.
I have personally raised 2 issues to the support email and one to the founder but have not had any type of response or acknowledgement which is not great.

Sep 12, 2024Hi Eddie, so sorry you didn't get a response in time. Our system 2 years ago was such at times things got missed. This has now been fixed and we have a 24h fail proof response time. And usually it's a lot faster, or instant response.
