As the name implies, it's SuperOkay. It doesn't do anything particularly well nor does it do anything particularly bad. It's a basic interface with basic functionality. If you're looking for a bare bones and basic client portal without much frills, this could work for you. Alternatively, there are solutions like Dubsado (not affiliated just familiar) that have free versions and blow this out of the water.
