Hands down I have to say SuperOkay is way ahead of its competitors. It is very intuitive , easy to use, even a newbie can get around it and yes, it is exactly what you require if you are in the service industry. I have tried many complex CRMs that we had on Appsumo till date. None of them come close to the simplicity , beautiful design , intuitiveness and ease of use offered by Superokay. CRMs are made too complex for no reason.

I had purchased this tool to test and I was very pessimistic and thought that this would be yet another complex and non-flexible tool. But to my surprise ,it blew my mind, I decided to full stack. Don't miss it guys , especially if you are an agency or in the service industry.

This tool helps you with :
1. Simple client onboarding
2. Creating simple projects
3. Create customized Pages as per your requirment.
4. Add buttons
5. Embed calendly (iframe)
6. Payment integration not available but you can simply insert a beautiful button and link it to your stripe or paypal.
7. Send white lable email notifications ( connection was enabled in 10 mins)
8. I Connected my domain in 5 mins.
9. Shared folder with clients.
10. A totally good looking white lable solution.
11. Beautiful designs

Some cons/questions/suggestions :
1. Took some time to get used to the project creation process. Once I learnt it, it was a breeze.
2. Need more youtube videos for ease.
3. What are the storage limits for our file uploads? No clear mention.
4. I contacted support but I still haven't received any feedback. Maybe they will contact me soon.
5. Do we get the future updates ?
6. I might have missed this, but Do you have webhooks or pabbly connect ( most of the sumolings use pabbly)? If not , any plans on the roadmap?
7. Can we send notifications/emails to our clients from inside the software?

Overall, a great tool. Very few negligible cons which can be overlooked. My only concern is will we get good support ?
