Super Okay is beyond super. I have never bought a project on here and reviewed it so fast.

Onboarding is minimalist and functional, I setup my first project with my own branding in ~ 10 mniutes. The dashboard provides you a glimpse of what the project contains including quick embed options with Miro, aitable, Figma, YT, Trello etc. If the quick link for the app you want is not there you can embed your app if it offers a shareable public link. There is also a neat search bar to find specific files quickly.

Your dashboard is where all of your peojects live and within each project you can create proposals, freeform documents, statement of work, estimates, contracts, sign offs, progress updates etc. You can either start from scratch or use the template. However, I noticed that there is a small bug and the template I selected for estimate wouldn't load.

Sharing is via a link or by downloading the document and then sharing. There are also analytics with link sharing but yet to test this out fully. I feel a bit more clarity on how link sharing works would be helpful (is it similar to G-docs or can they only accept/reject the proposal, for example)

It even has built in knowledge bases. I recently purchased another app on here just for this but looks like Super Okay has got me covered there as well. The projects are extremely customisable and you can have your own themes, dashboard headers, document headers, colours and fonts with a real time preview of how it looks.

Overall I am pleased with this purchase. I can see it add tremendous value and bring everything together under one roof. However, what would make this n-times better is if you offered multiple custom domains. This is going to be an often requested feature from Sumolings. My suggestion would be 1 Cname for Tier 1, 3 for Tier 2, 5 for Tier 3, 10 for Tier 4 and unlimited for Tier 5 :))

I haven't yet fully scratched the surface of what Super Okay can do but I am super Okay to leave my initial impressions and 5 Tacos. Do listen to Sumolings feedback to organically grow your roadmap and execute it. I assure you it is going to be a winning formula :) All the very best!
